Server Question: Is auto-downloading maps on connect a real thing?
I'm hosting my own server and want to use a different map, but not if it doesn't auto download for everyone. I have heard many times that auto-downloading from workshop is a real thing and it happens when you connect to a server with a mod from a workshop, but every server with a custom map that I've tried to play on that isn't PEI gives me the 'you don't have this map' error.
Is there more to it? Am I just misunderstanding? Is there a server setting?
