Pros

Keeps me up to date with all the shows we watch. I don't allow it to download torrent files on its own, I mainly let it alert me when torrents are available.

Cons

Sometimes the dates can be 24 hours off. I believe that is because of their location though.

Summary

All in all, I highly suggest this app. Needs a little work and tweaking, but overall it does what it is supposed to do.

We cannot help that you are a total moron that cant get the app to work. I have used TED for a few years, and it is the best app I have on my PC. Next time try learning to use something, if that is possible. Moron..

Pros

Easy to use and configure. Deals with those strange schedules that most shows seem to have nowadays, particulary the hiatus periods around the US holiday season. Good list of shows preconfigured.

Doesn't always find an acceptable show so sticks on an episode.
REALLY BAD - It's changed to prefer shows encoded with a non standard codec, too suspicious to go near

TED has been great up until now, but unfortunately its day has gone.. It really made like much easier on a day to day basis and until recently was hightly recomemended to all who download TV shows.
Howerver, the seeming move to prefer files that require the installation of what I regard as potential risky external software is too much to take. It has become frustrating and wasteful of bandwidth where it once was a great help.You might want to trust this codec but for me there is the added disadvantage that there is no way it will play on my WD HD or on any other non-computer based systems. Ted can be configured to avoid these but the effort ithen becomes greater than amount saved. Also, with some of the downloads pretending to be EZTV its best just to go straight to the horses mouth. It might be that TED is being exploited, and I do hope the two folk behind it sort it out, but for now it is untrustworthy and, sadly, not recommended.

None whatsoever When you try to download you get this error message, 'Found torrents but downloaded none....'

Cons

They have NO support and make it almost impossible to register to use their forum, as when you do try without success, you get this message, 'You have exceeded the number of registration attempts for this session. Please try again later'.

Summary

BUGS, BUGS, BUGS. NO SUPPORT. According to their forum, the 'downloaded none........' error is very common, but with no answers.
