For sure ROKU has the Spectrum app to download for your use and most likely the other 2 would also. They work great, even better than the built in apps on your TV. Several TVs have ROKU built in so they can get 100′s of channels and apps. Question: Q: Spectrum TV App for Apple TV. The alternative is to download each individual TV app from the Appstore, then sign in with your Charter Spectrum username and password to verify your subscription. I have one of the newer samsung smart tv set and it has the spectrum app. They just put that app out there for samsung. Can you use a Chromecast with the Spectrum app? Finding lots of conflicting info.
I can't seem to find any option for it, and I found a guide on Time Warner Cable's website on how to do it, but this guide references settings menu items which don't exist. I have found lots of posts of other people asking this and have found conflicting reports. It seems to me that Spectrum has likely previously supported Chromecast but later removed this functionality due to some kind of a deal with Roku. Very frustrating, but what else would you expect from a cable company?
